of the Nationalist Government in Nanking.

Borodin and the Comunists over the Kuomintang.

Our
Our Comrades! Today is the 1st anniversary of the
establishment at Nanking of our Nationalist Government.
Nationalist Government has been established for two years. Our late President, in setting up the Nationalist Government,
desired that his "Three Aspects of Democracy" might be
carried into effect and that China might be raised to the level of international independence, freedom and equality through its efforts, and also that the Nationalist Government might be able to execute its functions with liberty and put all the policies of the Kuomintang into practice. If we are subject to any coercion and oppression by any alien and gloomy influence and are prevented from carrying out the principles, constitution and policies of our Kuomintang, it would mean that our Nationalist Government exists only in name and has no substance. This
